Biden must not pardon Donald Trump. We must not allow powerful individuals to commit crimes just because of their status. A pardon from Biden would almost certainly embolden Trump to commit more abuses in his second term. We are calling on President Biden to reject any and all calls to pardon Donald Trump. We must hold him accountable and preserve the integrity of our democracy. Sign on now if you agree >> Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle, such as Senator Joe Manchin and Representative Jim Clyburn have bafflingly called on Biden to pardon Trump. Clyburn reportedly said "explain to me how he would be any more insulated by this pardon than he seems to already be by the United States Supreme Court with its immunity." That is exactly why Biden must not pardon Donald Trump. We cannot send a message that his criminal actions will go unchecked. Trump has a longstanding history of disregard for our laws, and we doubt we'll stop anytime soon. He's racked up numerous charges in our courts, including obstruction of justice, inciting insurrection, mishandling classified documents. If we fail to hold him accountable, we will see further erosion of public trust in our judiciary system.
