At a political rally for right-wing Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel, Musk handed out $1 million checks to two individuals who signed a petition opposing so-called "activist" judges. Let's be clear: That's not political speech. That's election bribery — and it may be a federal crime. Under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 597), it's illegal to offer money or anything of value to influence an election. Yet Musk's political operation, backed by his PACs and billions, has already spent over $20 million to tilt Wisconsin's judicial elections. Now he's rewarding people with million-dollar payouts for their "political activity?" Not on our watch. It's outrageous, unethical, and possibly illegal.
