Senate Republicans are using every procedural tactic they have to BLOCK voting rights legislation.

Jason,   Let me lay it all out, clear as day:   With your help, millions of Georgia voters turned out to elect me and Raphael Warnock in the biggest Senate races of all time.   Those same Georgia voters are why we have the chance to pass a historic infrastructure and families plan — the most ambitious American effort since FDR.    To transition from fossil fuels to clean energy, and address climate change.   To build out world-class transit and transportation.   To ensure working families can afford child care and medicine.   To upgrade our way of life and make GENERATIONAL progress.   But here's the thing, Jason.   Georgia's Republican legislators passed a voter suppression law intended to SILENCE the Georgia voters who delivered our majority.   It's a voter suppression law based on lies.   It makes voting by mail nightmarishly difficult for seniors.   It slashes early voting in runoffs.   It lets partisan GOP officials TAKE OVER local elections.   And now Senate Republicans are using every procedural tactic they have to BLOCK voting rights legislation.   So Jason, I'm asking you to contribute $20, tonight, for a very specific reason:   NO MATTER WHAT, VOTER REGISTRATION AND ORGANIZING EFFORTS IN GEORGIA MUST CONTINUE YEAR-ROUND, EVEN IN THE "OFF YEAR."
