If the last few years have taught us anything, it's that we can't take for granted the days we spend with loved ones and friends.

Jason —   There's a ton at stake in this year's election, but I need to ask everyone to do one really important thing right now: Log off.    Seriously. If the last few years taught us anything, it's that we can't take for granted the days we get to spend with our friends and loved ones.    So as soon as you can, please wrap this day up and get the weekend started. (And if you want to help save our democracy from Donald Trump and his stooges before you do, you know you can chip in here.)   Memorial Day is a time not just to remember those who were willing to sacrifice everything for this country — it's also a time to consider why they did it. Especially these days, I hope folks reflect on that.   I hope you all have a safe, happy weekend.
