I get asked a lot why our campaign sends so many fundraising emails. The answer? We need to win. And to do that, we need resources.
And not just any resources. We're relying on small-dollar grassroots contributions. If thousands of people like you chip in just one dollar, we'll be able to compete.

| Republicans spent millions of dollars to win this seat last year, and we expect them to spend even more next year to try to keep it and hold onto their slim House majority. We cannot let that happen. Especially in these early stages of the campaign, it's important that we build as strong of a grassroots operation as possible.
Upstate New Yorkers deserve better than career politicians who sell them out to special interests and Republican extremists. I'd rather have thousands of people chipping in a few bucks to this campaign than rely on corporate PACs cutting big checks.
That's why I'm running for Congress and not accepting any money from corporate PACs.
Grassroots contributions from folks like you fuel our campaign. So even though it may not seem like it, any amount – even just $1 – goes a long way in our work.
