According to a whistleblower, officers were told to push a group of migrants, including children and babies, back into the Rio Grande river by their superiors. They were told to deny migrants any water despite the scorching Texas heat. And make no mistake, if these allegations are true they're a direct result of Texas Governor Greg Abbott's Operation Lone Star which lets these border officers have a lot of discretion at the border.
