| Jason, If you know anything about Alaska, you know that Alaska runs on fish. Protecting our fisheries means supporting our economy by providing good-paying jobs for hard-working Alaskans and supporting Alaska families by putting food on the table. That's why Mary introduced the Bristol Bay Protection Act to prohibit the discharge of mine waste into rivers, lakes, and waterbeds surrounding the Pebble deposit to protect our fisheries, streams, water supply, and the deep value that these waters have to Alaska Natives who rely on them. We need your help to send Mary Peltola back to Congress in November to continue standing up for fish in Washington and putting the needs of our fishing communities front and center. But right now, dark special-interest interest groups are pouring in MILLIONS of dollars to misrepresent Mary's pro-fish record as Republicans struggle to hold onto their razor-thin House majority. Will you help us defend our Alaska way of life by chipping in $10 (or anything you can!) to ensure we have what it takes to fight back against far-right special interests and defend Mary's seat? |
