| FIRST: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Medicaid served as a lifeline for low-income Floridians by ensuring that they had access to quality and affordable healthcare services, increasing coverage to millions and giving our families peace of mind.
THEN: Following the end of the COVID-19 emergency, Florida state agencies began disenrolling residents from Medicaid, unjustly kicking off millions of Floridians without proper notice, including those who still qualified for coverage but weren't given adequate time to verify their eligibility.
NOW: We're working to put Medicaid expansion on the ballot in 2026 and secure healthcare access as a right for ALL Floridians to ensure that no one is left behind!
