The infrastructure bill we passed is big, Jason.
Electric vehicles. Public transportation. Clean drinking water. Upgraded schools.
And we're just getting started.
Hey — remember Trump's "infrastructure week"? Week after week after week?
Trump's failed infrastructure promises became a punchline.
He couldn't deliver because his only strategy was to divide the country.
But we still believe in a United States of America — in uniting Americans to achieve big things.
This historic infrastructure bill was long overdue — and, get this: it was bipartisan.
That's a big deal.
But, Jason, there's a lot left to do.
For example: world-saving action on climate change.
This month's IPCC report confirmed it's "unequivocal" that human greenhouse gas emissions are driving climate change.
For too long the oil industry has bought off corrupt politicians and spread corporate propaganda to prevent climate action.
I've introduced two bills to boost solar power in the United States and I'm pushing my colleagues to take action on climate NOW.
And we've got to register voters and organize to defeat GOP voter suppression next year, especially in Georgia.
If we wait until next year to get organized, we'll lose the White House and our Democratic majority — and the country will be ruled again by Trump and McConnell.
So I'm asking you to donate $20 now to support my efforts in Georgia — the closest, most competitive battleground state in the country. The future is bright. Keep the faith. I've got your back.
