You might remember how writers and actors achieved historic gains through strikes, and collective action last year. Now, it's the crew members' turn: camera operators, makeup artists, costumers, and many others who work tirelessly behind the scenes will fight for what they deserve. They've outlined clear demands: wage increases that adjust to inflation, updated overtime provisions, and protections against artificial intelligence taking over their jobs.
