New York is the greatest city in the world, Jason, but even we have some things to work on. It's time to talk about our garbage issue. I don't know about you, but near my building, the garbage is two stories high and the rats walk upright. Rat infestations and dirty streets shouldn't be "a part of city life." We can get rid of the rats, and that starts by getting rid of the trash.
