[Live Petition] Restore programs dismantled by DOGE

According to new reporting, Trump's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has officially disbanded.

DOGE may be done, but make no mistake, the wreckage it left behind remains:

• They gutted USAID, leaving global health and disaster-relief operations scrambling without the resources they needed.
• They crippled the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, opening the door for predatory lenders and other bad actors to mislead consumers.
• And they did all of this without transparency, without accountability, and without a plan to rebuild what it tore apart.
