On Tuesday, Donald Trump gave his State of the Union address, and the contrast between his vision and ours couldn't be clearer.
While he doubled down on his divisive rhetoric and dangerous policies that threaten to undermine our democracy and roll back years of progress, we've built a different kind of movement here in Upstate New York.
I ran for Congress to fight for neighborhoods like the one that raised me on Birdsall Street. That means fighting for working families, for our seniors, for our veterans, for fundamental rights, and for a future where everyone has a fair shot.
Now that I'm in Congress, that hasn't changed. I'm proud to go to work each and every day to advocate for Upstate New Yorkers, and I'm running for re-election because I want to keep fighting for you in Washington.
