Jason —

Growing up in a working-class family, my parents told me what so many of us hear: If you work hard, get a good education, and make smart choices, you can climb the ladder and build a better life.

I did my best to follow that path. I started working at 12, put myself through college as the first in my family to graduate, and built a business that treats its employees fairly.

But a year and a half ago, everything changed. I woke up one morning and couldn't feel the left side of my face. A couple of hours later, an MRI revealed I had a brain tumor.

What followed was months of fighting my insurance company for life-saving care, preparing for a risky surgery, and having a heart-wrenching conversation with my six-year-old daughter: Telling her that I loved her the night before they wheeled me into the operating room.

I survived. I'm fortunate because I had the resources, insurance, and support to get the care I desperately needed. But I can't stop thinking about the millions of Americans who wouldn't have been so lucky.

That's why I'm running to flip this toss-up district. Our representatives have voted to rip away healthcare from millions of people, cut funding for education, and slash the programs that helped me and my family pursue the American dream in the first place.

We can beat them, but only if we have the resources. The MAGA machine is powering up. I'm counting on you to help us close the gap.

Jason can you chip in today to help us protect healthcare, and take back the House? Our mid-month deadline is MIDNIGHT. Please don't wait.
