Folks, Donald Trump is doubling down on passing the SAVE Act.
Trump is threatening to grind our government to a halt until he gets what he wants, but we must hold the line. The SAVE Act CANNOT under any circumstances become law.
Every American citizen is entitled to vote, and that’s exactly what Republicans and oligarchs can’t stand, because disenfranchising eligible voters is how they remain in power.
Half of Americans do not have a valid passport or a birth certificate that matches their identification, meaning they could all be deemed ineligible to vote.
Republicans claim this will stop voter fraud by non-citizens (which is virtually non-existent), but we know why they’re really doing this: when the multi-racial working class shows up to vote, billionaires and Republicans lose.
