As Women's History Month comes to a close, we're celebrating the women who didn't wait for change — they became it.
To every Emerge alum: thank you.
Because of you, leadership looks different today. Stronger. More representative. More connected to the communities it serves.
Right now, there are over 1,200 Emerge alums elected across 36 states — serving at every level of government. From city councils and school boards to state legislatures and Congress, each of you is moving us forward. Every race run, every seat won, and every decision made is part of a larger path being built — one that leads to greater equity and, ultimately, to women leading at the highest levels, including the White House.
Without women in our midst, Emerge doesn't have the leaders who make this movement possible.
