Jason, an important update on Voting Rights:
It's now a *crime* in Georgia for a nonpartisan volunteer to give a bottle of water to a voter waiting in line outside of a polling place — even a senior citizen who has been waiting in line for four, six, or ten hours.
That's why Senator Reverend Warnock and I introduced the Voters' Access to Water Act, a bill that will protect voters' access to water who are made to wait in line, and our bill is now included in S.1, the For the People Act.
And while we're pushing Voting Rights legislation in the Senate, we have to PREPARE in Georgia by organizing the largest voter protection program in history.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: We can't let up. Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in Georgia by a razor-thin margin (!!), and we need to double down on Voter Protection since Republicans are pushing legislation designed to make it harder to vote.
We can't do it without you, Jason.
With gratitude, as always,
Jon Ossoff
