Prime Cowgirl Bone-In Ribeye with BBQ Butter Shrimp. Optional Wine Pairing: Stags' Leap Petite Sirah, Napa Valley. The newest jewel in our Prime Portfolio, and a first-timer for a prix fixe menu.
