FIRST, Republicans refused to extend essential ACA tax credits in December — walking away and failing the American people once again.

THEN, on January 1, the consequences hit hard. Healthcare premiums started doubling — or worse — for millions of Americans at a time when families are already struggling to keep up with rising costs.
