You see where I'm standing, Jason? They call this playground "Rat Park," and it's right next to one of our public schools. I probably don't need to explain the origin of its name, but I will tell you that when I'm mayor, Rat Park will become a green park that's safe and enjoyable for children and families. Jason, when I served as NYC Comptroller, I identified all vacant land across New York. When I'm mayor, I'll put all that vacant land to use by building affordable housing. But any lot that isn't well-suited for housing? I'll turn it into a small park. We'll do this across every borough, because building a NYC that works for all families is not just about building enough housing; it's about building welcoming neighborhoods. New York should be a real livable city with communities that flourish, and I have a plan to make that happen. Will you chip in $25 or whatever you can today to help me continue showing folks on the campaign trail my vision for the future? With gratitude, Scott | | | |
