That's insane. We should not stand for it! Here in Alaska, people are already stretched thin. When healthcare costs go up, it is the difference between getting care or going without, and it hits rural communities hardest. We should be protecting Medicaid and Medicare, not putting them on the chopping block. We should be extending the subsidies that are keeping insurance premiums from skyrocketing. And we should be putting real caps on prescription drug prices so people can afford the medicine they need. Alaskans deserve representation that will choose them, not tax breaks for billionaires.
