“Why are you running for Congress?”

I've spent my career fighting for hardworking Coloradans. I've helped fully fund our public schools for the first time in a decade, took on the big insurance companies to prevent them from delaying your care, and worked to lower housing costs and grow local jobs.

 

Jason, Over these past few weeks, one of the questions I keep getting asked at campaign events is, "Why are you running for Congress?" Here's my answer. Colorado's 8th District deserves a representative who will stop Donald Trump's assault on our democracy and way of life, and to make sure Colorado remains a place where everyone can achieve their dreams.
