If I'm being honest, I haven't always thought about getting into politics. As a dairy farmer, husband, and father, my life has always been focused on the farm and my family here in the North Country.
But over the years, I've watched our community be sold out and forgotten by the people who are supposed to represent us, and I'm sick and tired of it.
From unnecessary tariffs that hit my farm's bottom line and raise costs for working families, to politicians more focused on partisan fighting than on common-sense solutions, it's clear Washington isn't working for us.
We need a leader who knows what it means to put in a real day's work and who will actually fight for lower costs, stronger farms, and better healthcare. That's why I decided to step up and run.
