With an open seat in West Virginia, Mitch McConnell only needs to flip ONE more to retake the Senate, and you can bet that national Republicans will turn their full attention (and resources) to Bob Casey in Pennsylvania. This race was already gearing up to be one of the most expensive Senate races of the year, but now GOP spending is going to skyrocket.
