Last week, the House overwhelmingly passed two bipartisan bills originally introduced by Mary that would unlock additional land for Alaska Native Corporations and make it easier for disabled Alaska Natives to qualify for federal aid programs. Since being sworn into office, Republican Nick Begich has sat by and let the Trump Administration's reckless actions threaten the livelihood of hard-working Alaskans while capitalizing off of Mary's work, hoping that Alaskans don't notice.
