Our Trailblazers. Renee Ary. VP of Winemaking Duckhorn Vineyards. Renee is the 4th winemaker in the company's 49- year history. Her debut 2014 Three Palms Merlot was named 'wine of the year' by Wine Spectator. Tami Lotz. Mumm Napa Winemaker. Tami is Mumm Napa's first female winemaker with over 20 years of experience with the brand. She launched the Mumm Napa Terroir range, showcasing the fantastic fruit of this region. Jackie Trujillo Chef Partner Raleigh Fleming's. Chef Jackie built her 24-year career by learning everything from meat preparation and perfecting signature dishes to leading high-performing kitchens. She continues to prove that persistence and willingness to learn can take you anywhere.
