Yesterday President Trump held his first cabinet meeting.
Of course, he asked Elon Musk to speak first. So the world's richest man stood in the corner of the White House Cabinet Room and spoke longer than any members of the cabinet, who sat at the table for their lesson.
The message was clear: Elon Musk is running the show.
As we speak, Musk is hacking the federal government, making off with untold troves of Americans' sensitive personal data, and lying about what he's doing.
Meanwhile, in the Senate, Republicans aren't even pretending anymore.
They're acting like members of a useless rubber stamp parliament under the thumb of a strongman. They've abandoned all independent judgement. They live in daily terror of a primary challenge that is limitlessly and personally funded by Elon Musk himself. They only care about staying in office, and damn the consequences for the American people.
But the 2026 midterms are coming, and faster than you'd think.
And I'm the only Democratic U.S. Senator up for re-election in a state Trump won.
This race is the main event. The number-one Senate race in the country.
My team is already at 110% effort and maximum speed. But we're up against the full force of the MAGA GOP. This race isn't in the future. It's happening now.
