This week, in an operation designed to sow fear, he sent these soldiers into an immigrant community to take over a park where children were playing and families were enjoying their day.
Let's be clear: This isn't about law and order but power and control.
This is a crisis that has been fully fabricated by Trump and his allies in order to provoke chaos and justify this unnecessary use of military force. It's straight out of the authoritarian playbook — stoke fear, incite chaos, stifle dissent, and claim more power.
We cannot let Trump win, we must stand up for our democracy.
