Jason, ICE's actions in New Hampshire have been dangerous, reckless, and cruel. From the proposed "human warehouse" in Merrimack to the 100+ detainees stranded on a deportation plane during the blizzard in Portsmouth, DHS has failed to communicate with local officials or provide basic answers to the public. This is not how we do things in New Hampshire. In the last month, we proudly joined Ice Out for Good protests in Manchester, Meredith, Merrimack, Portsmouth and Wolfeboro. It was powerful and motivating to stand with so many people who believe in accountability, transparency, and due process with the shared conviction that when we come together, change is possible.
We can enforce immigration laws without terrorizing communities or blindsiding local leaders. What we are seeing right now is about power and fear, not public safety. New Hampshire communities deserve to know what is happening in their own backyards. Local leaders deserve the respect of consideration and information, not avoidance and chaos. And families deserve policies rooted in safety, dignity, and the rule of law, not cruelty. I am running for Congress because New Hampshire deserves a representative who fights for answers, stands up for our Constitution, and protects our communities from reckless federal overreach. If you agree New Hampshire deserves steady leadership — not reckless federal action — will you chip in $25 today to help us fight back?
Thank you for your time and consideration, Stefany
