2470100 Jason, History was just made in Florida! During Tuesday's Special Elections, Emily Gregory won the race for Florida House District 87, right in Donald Trump's backyard. Mar-a-Lago will now be represented by a Democrat in the Florida House. Democrats swung this seat to the left by double digits, in a district that was supposed to be out of reach. Brian Nathan also pulled off an upset in Tampa's Senate District 14, a seat formerly held by Florida's Lt. Governor Jay Collins, proving once again that Democrats can run and win anywhere. This is what year-round organizing looks like. This win is proof of what we can accomplish when we organize early, often, and everywhere. Floridians are tired.
