❌ He voted for a massive pay increase for politicians like himself who already make over $200,000 a year, and used a special slush fund to spend a quarter of a million taxpayer dollars on lavish office redecorations for himself.
❌ He is backed by the extremist gun lobby and opposes common-sense gun regulations to reduce gun violence and school shootings.
❌ He voted to allow big tobacco companies to sell candy-flavored vaping products designed to hook children, which have increased teen smoking by 900%.
❌ He is a danger to public health in the spitting image of RFK Jr. — he was called San Diego's 'most high-profile skeptic of the coronavirus' for his work to discredit scientists, and even claimed COVID wasn't really killing people.
If Republicans think they can trick voters by playing musical chairs with candidates, they have another thing coming. Voters know better. This district is ready to flip, and no last-minute, desperate Republican reshuffling is going to change that.
