It's changing how work is structured, who gets hired, and what skills are valued. And right now, we're not preparing people for that shift.   Some entry-level roles are getting harder to find. At the same time, new jobs are emerging that require different skills, training, and access that many people simply don't have yet.   That gap is the real problem.   In my post, I break down what's changing, who is most affected, and why this moment is about adaptation – not fear.
