| Across the country, we're seeing states cater to a President who says he's "entitled" to more Republican Congressional seats before this year's midterms. It's an undemocratic and desperate attempt to lock in power.
But right now, Virginia has the opportunity to take action in response. On April 21, we vote on a referendum to give the people – not politicians – the right to decide what comes next.
Our approach is different from what we're seeing coming out of some Republican states. In Virginia, this referendum would be temporary. It's directly in response to what other states decide to do. And, most importantly, it preserves Virginia's bipartisan redistricting process into the future.
