| I'm proud to have represented Narciso Barranco, the father of three US Marines, in getting his case dismissed.
When his family needed help, I stepped in as his attorney. We stood up to ICE and defended Mr. Barranco at every stage, used every legal remedy available, and won over the objection of ICE's own trial attorneys.
Taking on ICE and holding our government accountable are not just campaign talking points for me. It's the work I've done my entire career. This victory shows that when we show up and fight to protect our Constitutional rights, justice prevails.
Now, I'm running for Congress in CA-40, one of the key districts that will determine control of the House, because we need that same accountability in Washington.
