A personal request

Jason, I'll get straight to the point:

I'm endorsing Randy Villegas for Congress in California's 22nd District — and I'm asking you to support him with a contribution of $3 today.

I spend every day fighting Trump and the billionaire-bootlicking Republicans ripping off working families to benefit the ultra rich and well-connected. And they won't stop unless we fight back.

To make progress on healthcare, wages and housing, we need to flip the House blue. And CA-22 is one of our best pickup opportunities in the entire country.

That's where Randy comes in.

Randy is the son of Mexican immigrants who grew up working weekends at the swap meet and his dad's auto shop to help cover the bills. Today he's a community college professor and school board trustee who has spent years mentoring Central Valley students and fighting for his community — which is why he has so much local support.

As Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, I'm supporting the most promising Democrats across the country running people-powered campaigns to give working families a real voice in Washington.

Randy is exactly who I need fighting beside me in Congress.

He refuses corporate PAC money. He's taking on a Republican incumbent who just gutted health care for his own constituents. And he's doing it in a district that will help decide House control.

This fight has never been easy, and it won't be now. A Super PAC has already dropped $1.2 million to prop up his Republican opponent — the single largest ad buy for a GOP incumbent in California.

But Randy’s fighting back. And I need you to fight with him.

Will you please contribute $3 or anything you can to Randy Villegas today? This movement is bigger than any one of us — and it's powered by people like you.
