Jason,

Before a single vote has been counted, Trump’s Justice Department just sued to block Alaska from certifying its U.S. Senate race — but only if the Republican incumbent loses.

Let that sink in. The DOJ is trying to set the terms for overturning an election that hasn’t even happened yet.

Chip in $10 right now to help me fight back against Trump’s attacks on our elections.

That is NOT the Justice Department’s job. Federal lawyers have no business putting their thumb on the scale of an election weeks before Election Day. Alaska’s own courts already ruled on the ballot question at the center of this lawsuit. Now Trump’s DOJ is trying to go around them.

Even election law experts are calling this a strange and unusual legal theory. But that doesn’t make it any less dangerous. If they get away with it in Alaska, they’ll try it everywhere — including right here in Georgia.

We’ve seen this playbook before. In 2020, Trump and his allies tried to bully Georgia into throwing out the will of the voters. Georgia stood up to it then. We’ll do it again.

But I can’t do it alone. With Election Day just days away, I need people like you standing with me to protect every vote and make sure the voters — not Trump’s DOJ — decide who wins.

Will you chip in $10 today to help me fight back and protect our democracy?

Thank you for standing with me.
