Jason, last night was the final debate.

If you tuned in, you probably heard two distinct messages said on stage:

  • Mike Rogers’ message, focused on attacks straight from the Donald Trump playbook rooted in hatred, fearmongering, and lies.
  • Our message, focused on the real issues facing Michiganders and our plan to get money out of politics, put money in your pocket, and pass Medicare for All.

The difference between our two campaigns couldn’t be clearer.

But here’s the thing, Jason: after our last debate, AIPAC started spending in our race, and we have a pretty good feeling that they’re getting ready to spend even more after tonight.

Our message is resonating with Michiganders across the state, but none of that matters if we keep getting outspent by Trump, AIPAC, and every MAGA megadonor in Mike Rogers’ contacts.

As we speak, they’re flooding the airwaves with attack ads filled with baseless, hate-fueled attacks much like the ones Mike Rogers used tonight.

Abdul doesn’t take a dime from corporate PACs, and he never will. So the only way our campaign can get our message out there is if folks like you pitch in.

So please, if you’re feeling as amped up as we are, help us keep the momentum going off the debate stage by splitting a donation to Abdul and the Voter Protection Project to fuel our voter outreach efforts:

The Voter Protection Project is on an important mission: To end partisan gerrymandering and voter suppression by electing candidates at the state and federal levels that are forceful advocates for voting rights. Our enfranchisement agenda includes working to ensure that every state has automatic voter registration and online voter registration, convenient early voting, and independent redistricting commissions to ensure politicians are not able to draw their own maps.
