Rising to the moment

When I became Governor, I made a commitment to Virginians that I would do everything in my power to protect reproductive rights.

Jason, when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade four years ago, millions of women lost access to healthcare overnight, and Republican legislatures across the country worked quickly to roll back access to abortion, fertility treatments, contraception, and other reproductive health care.
Virginia is the only state in the South that hasn’t further restricted reproductive rights since the Dobbs decision.
But we aren’t stopping there. We have a Constitutional Amendment on the ballot this year to enshrine access to reproductive care.
Will you make a contribution today to help ensure Virginians for Reproductive Freedom and I can continue to ensure voters know exactly what is on their ballot and that we need them to VOTE YES on 1?

When I became Governor, I made a commitment to Virginians that I would do everything in my power to protect reproductive rights.
But Governors change. Laws can change. Legislatures can change. Virginians deserve the certainty of knowing their rights are protected in the Virginia Constitution.

Early voting has begun, and we are in the final stretch of the campaign. If you’re a Virginian, please VOTE YES ON 1, early through October 31 or in-person on November 3, tell others to do the same, and consider a gift today to power our efforts through Election Day.
Thank you,
Governor Abigail Spanberger
