This country is becoming impossible to afford. And the people in power do not care.
While everyday families are scraping by, Donald Trump is busy building himself a $300 million ballroom. While rent skyrockets and groceries get more expensive every month, Trump and his allies are cutting health care and handing out tax breaks to the ultra-rich.
Trump's so-called One Big Beautiful Bill was one of the largest transfers of wealth in American history. But the money did not go to working people. It flowed straight to billionaires and corporations.
The rich got richer. The poor got poorer.
Nearly one in four Americans is now functionally unemployed. They cannot find full-time work that pays enough to keep them above the poverty line. Corporations are laying people off by the thousands while posting record profits. And the political establishment has offered no real plan to fix any of it.
That is not leadership. That is abandonment.
I am running for Congress because I refuse to accept a system where working families are told to tighten their belts while billionaires build ballrooms and rig the rules in their favor. We need a new generation of leaders who are willing to fight the establishment and make life affordable again.
If you are tired of being told this is the best we can do, stand with us.
