MAGA extremist Mike Collins officially jumped in the Georgia Senate race yesterday, and yet couldn't even be bothered to spell the name of our state right...
Jon's opponents aren't just stuck trying to figure out how to spell Georgia — they're also fighting over who is the most "MAGA" in order to earn Donald Trump's support. And, Mike Collins is a top contender among far-right extremists.
Collins is firmly anti-choice — he co-sponsored the Life at Conception Act which proposed a federal abortion ban with no exceptions. He pushed to raise the retirement age, and voted against full Social Security benefits for first responders. And, Collins has a long history of making racist, xenophobic, and antisemitic comments.
There's no doubt about it: Mike Collins is not qualified to represent Georgia or "Georiga." But with the far-right rallying behind him, we need to make sure we have the resources to fight back.
