Today marks the 71st anniversary of the Supreme Court’s historic decision in Brown v. Board of Education!

Today marks the 71st anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Brown v. Board of Education

Segregation Banned in Schools

Brown v. Board of Education was a landmark case that marked the end of racial segregation in public schools and beyond.

Thurgood Marshall, who argued the case, even went on to become the 1st Black justice of the Supreme Court!

But decades later, Republicans are erasing Black history and stopping students from learning important pieces of history like this.
