Inside the numbers in CA-22

Jason,

As we close in on our first fundraising deadline of the general election, we wanted to show you how the top election analysts rate our chances of flipping CA-22 from red to blue:

** Updated 6.23.26 **
CA-22 General Election Ratings

Cook Political Report: Tossup
Sabato’s Crystal Ball: Tossup
Inside Elections: Tilt Republican

As a reminder, CA-22 became a lot more Democratic after Prop 50, and our primary showed by just how much.

Democratic candidates combined for nearly 60% of the vote, holding Valadao to a dismal 40.7%.

Analysts at Sabato's Crystal Ball pointed out that there is “no recent precedent” in the history of California's top-two primary system that a Republican incumbent has come back to win after their party’s primary vote fell below 50%.

We can win this race, Jason, but because we spent everything we had to defeat the $4 million in Super PAC attacks we faced, we’re starting this general election from scratch.

We need your help:

Please rush in a $3 right now. In a close race that could decide the majority like ours -- every dollar will go a long way.
