We’re starting a new quarter with real momentum. The environment is good. In our previous poll, Donald Trump had a negative approval rating, even with the respondents being 20% more Republican, and Governor Kelly had a positive approval rating. And the latest national Gallup poll shows Congress’s job approval at just 15%! |
We have a real shot to flip this Kansas district blue. Our previous polling also showed that when voters were told positive things about both Don and his opponent, Derek Schmidt, we moved within striking distance in this historically red seat.
Spreading the message. Don has had a busy few weeks talking to Democrats, Republicans, and Unaffiliated voters across the district, including in Burlingame, Topeka, Leavenworth, Pittsburg, and Kansas City. |
The challenge. While a lot is pointing in the right direction, this is still a race between a first-time candidate and a 26-year career politician. We have to be ready to go toe-to-toe with Derek Schmidt and his big-money donors if we’re going to flip this seat.
