This week, the United States Supreme Court released a decision on Birthright Citizenship that will further define our country: The Good News: President Donald Trump suffered a major blow when SCOTUS upheld Birthright Citizenship in a 5-4 decision. They rightly rejected efforts to undermine the Constitution's core protections and instead upheld a principle essential to our democracy. This win resonates with me as the proud daughter of immigrants. The Bad News: Following the SCOTUS decision to uphold Birthright Citizenship, President Trump is now threatening to end this fundamental Constitutional right through Congress. If we don’t put an end to the Republican Trifecta, Trump will continue to dismantle the U.S. Constitution piece by piece. President Trump is counting on creating as much chaos as he can. The best way to stop him is by flipping the House. MAGA extremist Brinker Harding will be another vote for Trump’s harmful policies if he gets to Congress. I, on the other hand, will fight like hell for you and your family. NE-02 is one of the most competitive elections across the country right now. All eyes are on our campaign.
