I need to explain something

Jason, it’s Sean McCann, the Democrat running against MAGA incumbent Bill Huizenga in Michigan’s 4th District. I’m fully aware that this year is the best shot we have ever had at flipping MI-4 and beating MAGA incumbent Bill Huizenga. It was just named one of the 12 likeliest seats to flip blue this year, and polling shows it’s genuinely a toss-up. But I want to be absolutely clear about this: I am not in this race to “put up a good fight” or “give Republicans a real scare” or “come closer than Democrats ever have.” I’m in this race to win it — because that’s the only way we actually deliver real change. I’m in this race to fight for your basic freedoms, make your life more affordable, end the constant billionaire handouts — and bring some long-overdue accountability to the Trump administration. I’m in this race to give MI-4 a representative in Congress who puts their families first, delivers real progress, and actually shows up for work — something we’ve gone without for far too long. I’m in this race to flip the House blue and put our country on track for a future that is better than our present.
